Mission and Actions
The Dictorate-General of Legal Affairs ,is generally in charge of the concerning juridical legislation assistance and advice of the institution and the juridical representation of the body.
It particularly issues judgments to recommend behaviours consistent with law and with the legitimate interest of those asking advice- through an exhaustive and deep analysis of a particular juridical situation, taking into account the rules in force and the general principles. It also intervenes in claims and administrative resources involving the institution.
From the juridical point of view, it intervenes on behalf of the institution in all the legal proceedings in which it is part, exercising its right of defence, both in trails of Administrative matters and Civil, Commercial and Criminal ones. Finally, it intervenes in the proceedings of the legal official letters addressed to the Airport Security Police.
